Returns and Complaints

You have 14 days from the date of shipment to return your order.
Returned products must show no signs of use. Please pack them carefully and include the completed return form.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Parcels sent to a different address will not be collected.
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns.

We will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
If you paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account number provided on the return form.
